The tool magazine and tool tray uses light weight aluminum alloy that reduces the main spindle motor burden that allows for high speed tool changes.

Gear box type transmission mechanism in conjunction with integral transmission indexing plus tool counting sensor means the unit has stable performance and long life span even under high moisture and high dust work environment.

Tool magazine transmission indexing uses fast and precise barrel cam transmission indexing mechanism. Equipped with high power variable frequency motor combine with variable frequency inverter will offer a more stable and better tool tray selection speed. Additional upgrade is to use a controller device to set the rotation speed of the tool magazine according to the weight of the tools.

The tool clamp is made of composite material ensuring positive and precise clamping of tools. It is easy to adjust and replace.
