Replaces small volume hydraulic units. (Such as CNC main spindle unclamping mechanism, all type of tool clamps, break indexing systems). Meeting the need of multiple specification requirement.
Boost Magnitude | 6.25X~25X |
---|---|
Output Volume | 10cc~640cc |
Air Pressure Requirement | 5~6kg/c㎡ |
Calculation method for selection of booster to be used with hydraulic cylinder.
[Hydraulic tool unclamping cylinder specification data]
- Actual inner area of hydraulic cylinder : Actual cylinder volume = Actual cylinder inner diameter - cylinder inner spindle area.
- Actual volume of hydraulic cylinder : Actual cylinder volume =Actual surface area of cylinder X cylinder travel distance.
[Selection of hydraulic cylinder output with reference to main axle pull force]
- 40# Main spindle pull force within 700~900kg range,Using total output of 3000kg as standard.
- 40# Main spindle pull force within 900~1100kg range,Using total output of 4000kg as standard.
- 50#Main spindle pull force within 1300~2200kg range,Using total output of 5000kg as standard.
※ Above uses 5kg/c㎡ input compressed air pressure as standard for calculation。
[Calculation method of appropriate boost magnitude]
- Suitable for 40#Main spindle pull force within700~900kg range:
(3000÷Actual cylinder surface area)÷5kg/c㎡= Boost magnitude. - Suitable for 40#Main spindle pull force within900~1100kg range:
(4000÷Actual cylinder surface area)÷5kg/c㎡= Boost magnitude. - Suitable for 50#Main spindle pull force within1300~2200kg range:
(5000÷Actual cylinder surface area)÷5kg/c㎡= Boost magnitude.
※ Magnitude specification for our boosters:
6.25X、8.1X、11X、12.7X、16X、20X、25X etc. 7 standard specifications.
※ If there are differences between booster magnitude desired and actual cylinder specification, use the nearest value for calculation. If actual magnitude value is 7.8X, use the 8.1X specification. If actual value is 13X, use the 12.7X specification.
[Booster output standard]
To get actual hydraulic cylinder volume, an addition of 15cc to the volume is needed to compensate for safety flow coefficient for loss during operation.(If the actual flow calculation does not equal to multiple of 5 such as 73cc or 77cc, use the next higher number multiple by 5, ie 75cc and 80cc respectively.)
